Crouton Ingredients
麵包脆片的材料:
Two large garlic cloves

Pinch of salt

Three teaspoons olive oil

Two cups French bread slices cut up into 1cm cubes

Salad Ingredients

On large egg
蛋,大一顆
1/3 cup olive oil

Two medium heads of Lettuce, outer leaves removed
中型萵苣(去除外葉)二顆
1/3 cup grated cheese
起司絲三分之一杯
Dressing
調味料
One teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
烏醋一茶匙
One teaspoon fresh lemon juice
新鮮檸檬汁一茶匙
One medium garlic clove, crushed
中型菲頭球莖一顆(壓碎)
One pinch salt
鹽一撮
Two teaspoons freshly ground pepper
現磨胡椒二茶匙
Crouton preparation
麵包脆皮的作法
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
烤箱預熱至三百五十度
2. Combine garlic, oil, salt and bread cubes in a bowl. Mix until cubes are coated evenly.
將大蒜、油、鹽以及麵包塊放在碗裡混合,直到麵包塊和調味料均勻混合
3. Spread the coated cubes onto a baking sheet and bake until the croutons are golden. This should take about 10 minutes.
把混合好的麵包塊放在烤箱油紙,放進烤箱烤約十分鐘
Salad preparation
沙拉的做法
1. Bring a pot of boiling water to boil, add egg and cook for just for 45 seconds. Remove from heat and let it cool off.
將熱水滾至沸騰,把蛋放進去,煮四十五秒後撈起來放涼
2. Mix the dressing in a bowl. Crack egg and add to these ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
把調味料在碗裡混合,把蛋打入碗中拌勻
3. Slowly add the oil in a steady stream while constantly whisking again until smooth.
以穩定而緩慢的速度將油放入,放入時持續攪拌至均勻為止
